crelve ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "Card Stash – Gift Card Tracker" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data You Enter

Gift card information (store name, balance, expiry date, usage history) is stored only on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (device type, OS version)
• App usage analytics (feature usage frequency, crash reports)
• Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only with your permission via App Tracking Transparency

3.1 AI Features and Data Sent to a Third-Party AI Service

What is sent. When you use an AI feature, the text you type into that feature and any image you explicitly choose to attach are sent from your device to the Gemini AI service operated by Google LLC, through Firebase AI Logic. Your name, email address, contacts, location and device identifiers are not included in these requests.

How it is collected and used. The data is collected only at the moment you submit a request in an AI feature, and it is used solely to generate and return the response you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Your permission. The App asks for your explicit permission before any data is sent to this service. AI features stay disabled unless you agree, and the rest of the App works normally if you decline. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings screen.

Third-party protection. Google processes this data as our service provider under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms, which require it to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the one described in this Privacy Policy.

3.1 About Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. To display personalized ads, we may request permission to track your activity via App Tracking Transparency. You can still use the App without allowing tracking — ads will be shown but not personalized. To opt out, go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers listed above, when required by law, or to protect life and safety.

5. Data Storage

Gift card data is stored locally on your device only. Analytics and crash data may be stored on Google's servers. Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. However, no electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

• Access / Correction / Deletion: Gift card data can be managed directly in the App. For analytics data, contact us below.
• Opt out of personalized ads: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

8. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5+, we request permission before tracking your activity for personalized ads. The App's core features work regardless of your choice.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
