These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Card Stash – Gift Card Tracker" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.

Article 2. Service Description

Card Stash is a gift card balance tracking app that allows you to record and manage your gift card balances, expiry dates, and usage history on your device. No account registration is required. All data is stored locally on your device.

Article 3. Paid Services

The App offers a premium subscription for unlimited gift card tracking.

  1. The free plan allows tracking up to 5 gift cards.
  2. The premium plan allows unlimited gift card tracking.
  3. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
  4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  5. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
  6. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies.

Article 4. Prohibited Activities

You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:

  1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Activities related to criminal acts
  3. Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights or other rights of us or third parties
  4. Activities that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions
  5. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
  6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  7. Other activities we deem inappropriate

Article 5. Suspension of Service

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice for maintenance, force majeure, or other circumstances we determine make it difficult to provide the App.

Article 6. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the App is free from defects. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence. The App is not a financial service and does not guarantee the accuracy of any gift card balance information you enter.

Article 7. Changes to Service Content

We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App with prior notice to users.

Article 8. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.

Article 9. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Card Stash〜ギフトカード管理〜」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に同意いただいた上で、本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、ユーザーと当社との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（サービスの内容）

Card Stashは、ギフトカードの残高・有効期限・使用履歴をデバイス上で管理できるアプリです。アカウント登録は不要で、全てのデータはデバイス内にローカル保存されます。

第3条（有料サービス）

本アプリでは、ギフトカードを無制限に管理できるプレミアムサブスクリプションを提供しています。

  1. 無料プランでは最大5枚のギフトカードを管理できます。
  2. プレミアムプランでは枚数制限なくギフトカードを管理できます。
  3. 購入確認時にApple IDアカウントへ料金が請求されます。
  4. サブスクリプションは更新日の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。
  5. Apple IDアカウント設定からいつでもサブスクリプションを管理・キャンセルできます。
  6. 返金についてはApple App Storeの返金ポリシーに従います。

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. 当社または第三者の知的財産権その他の権利または利益を侵害する行為
  4. 当社のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
  5. 本アプリの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
  6. 不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
  7. その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（本アプリの提供の停止等）

当社は、保守点検、不可抗力、またはその他の事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができます。

第6条（免責事項）

当社は、本アプリに瑕疵がないことを保証しておりません。本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当社の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。本アプリは金融サービスではなく、入力したギフトカード残高情報の正確性を保証するものではありません。

第7条（サービス内容の変更等）

当社は、ユーザーへの事前の告知をもって、本アプリの内容を変更、追加または廃止することがあります。

第8条（利用規約の変更）

当社は、必要と判断した場合には本規約を変更することができます。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第9条（個人情報の取扱い）

本アプリの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当社「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱います。

第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
